Company History

In 2006, Tom Noonan became aware of a unique and successful parking system which has been used with great success in Europe for more than 20 years. He immediately saw the possibilities that existed for this system in America. His efforts to bring the original system to the U.S. were not successful, and as a result he brought together the engineering talents of the original design team, and set about redesigning the system to accommodate the larger vehicles used in the United States.

In 2006, an International and U.S. Patent was applied for, and having funded this venture, Tom obtained the sole rights to exploit the patent in the United States and its territories. Working closely with Stone Bridge Iron & Steel, Inc., the group established a relationship in late 2008, which allows Stone Bridge the sole rights to manufacture and install the structure in the United States.
