The MORE PARK™ System and a commitment to sustainability and LEED.
The MORE PARK™ System is an environmentally friendly approach to coping with your increased parking requirements. Built from steel with a recycled content of over 95% (LEED-NC v2.1 80+% "post-consumer", 15+% "post-industrial"), and precast concrete, the MORE PARK™ System is the most environmentally responsible means to provide additional parking.

Strategies for three More Park™ System project concepts were evaluated under the LEED Rating System at More Park's request by The Harman Group, Philadelphia. This evaluation is meant only as a guide for certification levels, and factors such as the characteristics of the site, inclusion of sustainable provisions and final determination of the credit application of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) govern.

· More Park™ placed on an existing parking lot - 47* LEED points

· More Park™ placed on a new site - 48* LEED points

· More Park™ placed at a Traffic Oriented Development (TOD) - 54* LEED points

*no points were included for regional priority.

Minimal Site Impact
The MORE PARK™ System is the least disruptive means to build a parking structure to the local environment available on the market today. Additionally, the MORE PARK™ System is the most carbon-friendly approach to constructing a parking facility, and as a result hundreds of "More Park like" structures are installed throughout Europe.

Compare the negative impact to the local environment of having several huge pieces of construction equipment, hundreds of truck deliveries, and dozens of construction workers driving to work each day for 6-18 months while a cast-in-place garage is built. By comparison, the MORE PARK™ System is trucked to site and erected with a couple of forklifts and small hand tools, and a small crew over a period of a few weeks, its an easy environmental decision.
